STEP 1: FOrm 2 - Marching band criticism sheets
- Form 2s are prepared via the "Online Entry" procedure and will be printed by the Executive Secretary.
- Access "Online Entry" from home page or the button below. Log-in and click on Form 2.
STEP 2: What to mail - Marching entry
- Statement of Compliance (signed by director).
- Announcer Script: Script provided by UIL State Office. Required for Region, Area, and State Marching Contests.
- School Check for your entry fee payable to "Region 12 UIL Music".
STEP 3: WHAT TO BRING THE DAY OF
COMPLETED FORM 1 (buff) signed by the PRINCIPAL or SUPERINTENDENT. (click here)

If your parents plan to video the contest performance, please remind them that they will not be permitted in the press box, judges' area, or the official filming area. There will be NO exceptions!
